As the longest practicing chiropractor in the Perry Hall/White Marsh area, Dr. Richard J. Santangelo has been serving the northern Baltimore community with natural, safe, and effective chiropractic care since 1988. Dr. Santangelo has extensive experience helping patients from birth to 97 years old with a wide variety of health issues.
Joining Dr. Santangelo is his son, Dr. Rich and his daughter, Dr. Liz. Combined, they bring an advance training and experience in pediatric and pregnancy care as well as nutrition.

What We Do
Spinal adjustments are the primary treatment offered in our office. Adjustments are the treatment of choice for spinal condition called verbal subluxation. This condition is when one or more of the spinal bones are misaligned or not moving properly and therefore can cause damage to nerves, joints and muscles.
Dr. Santangelo uses a variety of effective techniques that are based on the individual needs of the patient. From helping infants with digestive problems to the elderly with advanced arthritis, Dr. Santangelo will customize his techniques and care plan to fit your needs.
